Camrivox releases Yealink VoIP Phone Integration

Flexor CTI now unifies the Yealink range of SIP handsets with Microsoft Outlook and leading CRM applications providing both new and legacy users with advanced CTI features.

Flexor CTI software now seamlessly combines Microsoft Outlook and CRM applications such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and NetSuite with Yealink T19, T20, T21, T22, T26, T28, T32, T38, T41, T42, T46 and T48 SIP Phones to deliver advanced call features such as click-to-dial, on-screen call control and journaling. Caller pop-ups show contact records for incoming customer calls, ensuring that anybody in an organization taking a call can instantly view the account history, whilst call logging enables real-time management reporting and analysis to drive call performance and efficiency.
