Camrivox releases Salesforce Apex Integration

Cambridge, UK - Camrivox, a Unified Communications innovator and developer of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software announces the general availability of Flexor CTI for Salesforce using Apex integration. This new integration means that Flexor no longer relies on the Salesforce Call Center Adapter to integrate with Salesforce. It also means that Flexor is not restricted to the limited feature set of the Salesforce Open CTI adapter. The new Salesforce Apex Integration operates independently from the Salesforce Softphone, has a less intrusive footprint, works across multiple browsers and is customisable to a user's needs.

The Apex integration allows Flexor to add completed phone call Activities to the Salesforce Interaction History without user intervention ensuring that ALL activities are tracked within Salesforce and can be reported on. It also paves the way for the development of existing task completion so that Salesforce can be used to properly manage call lists and call history.
