Camrivox launches Flexor CTI for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 2011

Epping, UK - Camrivox, a Unified Communications innovator and developer of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software today announced the availabilty of Flexor CTI for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 2011. This new application plug-in enables users of the market-leading customer relationship management platform to dial calls and screen pop directly from within the CRM with a host of devices including snom and Polycom VoIP handsets, Asterisk telephone systems, Skype and Tapi compliant telephone systems and devices. Flexor also includes Activity History logging, Peer Presence and Chat to enable users to collaborate more effectively regardless of their geographic location.
