Camrivox announces the availability of Flexor CTI for Outlook 2010. 

 

Cambridge, UK – Camrivox, a Unified Communications innovator and developer of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software announces today the availability of Flexor CTI for Outlook 2010. The integration to the latest version of Microsoft Outlook adds to the existing integrations with MS Outlook 2003 and MS Outlook 2007.

"This release is in line with our commitment to provide customers with timely software updates to support the latest technologies" said Jon Huxley, Director for Camrivox. "Integration with Microsoft Outlook 2010 has required an upgrade of our development platform to Visual Studio 2010 which was a lengthy process in itself. In addition we have taken the opportunity to upgrade the product platform to .Net 4 allowing us to make use of the additional features that that platform provides and provide simpler customer upgrade paths in the future."

Unfortunately, the upgraded version of the development platform does not support integration with Microsoft Outlook 2003. This means that customers still using this version of Microsoft Outlook will need to remain on the last version of Flexor 2.0.x. Camrivox is committed to supporting existing customers and will monitor the need to support Microsoft Outlook 2003 in the future, producing new releases of Flexor 2.0.x as required.

Customers using Microsoft Outlook 2007 can use either Flexor 2.0.x or 2.1.x.

Customers using Microsoft Outlook 2010 need to use Flexor 2.1.x.

Flexor CTI is available for a growing range of on-demand CRM applications including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and NetSuite, and is also available for Microsoft Outlook.
