Calls are not using the identity selected in Flexor?

If you have multiple Outgoing Identities on your snom

Flexor lets you select which line your snom should prefer to use for out going calls, for instructions on this if you are using Flexor version 1.x please see the section of the Flexor CTI for Outlook user guide concerning the Click to Dial tab. If you are using Flexor 2.x navigate to Flexor OnScreen, Options, Outgoing Call Routing, select the preferred line from the drop down list and click Save.

If you find that your snom is not using this preference you may have an older version of snom firmware. Please follow the instructions here to upgrade your firmware to 7.3.30 or newer.
