Flexor cannot find snom devices

Scan for devices does not find your snom phone

When using the automatic scan for devices in Flexor Manager, if it does not find any snom devices please check the following: 

If you have newer, more security aware firmware on your snom phone, please check that the Use hidden tags setting is set to off (on the Qos/Security tab of the advanced settings), see this page for greater detail and other suggested settings.

Are your phones on the same Local Area Network (LAN) segment as your PCs? Please see this page for further information.
