Why can't I answer a call from the summary panel?

This is a limitation of the Asterisk PBX. 

Why is the icon for my extension greyed-out in the scan window?

The phone is not registered to the extension, you can add the device anyway.

My auto-answer extension doesn't work?

 It may not be configured properly on the server, or not supported by phone.

What is the AMI User?

 The Asterisk Manager Interface is how Flexor communicates with the Asterisk server. It must be configured properly on the server (please click on this link to the guide).
