Not all calls are recorded in Outlook Journal

After upgrading to version 2 of Flexor

If after upgrading to Flexor version 2 you notice that not all your telephone calls are being recorded in your Outlook Journal please upgrade to the latest release of Flexor (click on this link to download from the release notes page). To install this release you will need to first de-install the previous version of Flexor (if installed) by using Windows Add Remove Programs (XP) or Programs & Features (Vista), then download and install the new version. This process should only take a few minutes (you may also need to exit Outlook).
