Call Activities are not logged in Netsuite when using Flexor Suite Talk integration

The Flexor Call Summary window appears and a contact is matched

The Flexor Call Summary window is matching contacts but the call activity is not being created in NetSuite.

Contacts in NetSuite must be associated with a company, if they are not, call activities cannot be created.

To resolve this problem, please associate the relevant contact record to an appropriate company record.
