I do not have a New device option

There is a cross through the application in the Devices Window

If you find that a cross through the Application(s) or you do not have the option to add a Device when you Right click in the Devices section of the Devices and Applications Window (the option is greyed out) or the device itself has a cross through it. It is possible you do not have a valid license or have logged out.

If you have a login account, please Right click on Flexor icon (f) in the task tray and select login. If you have a license, please contact your administrator to arrange a reset, as the license maybe locked out.
