Flexor is not able to connect to your Asterisk server

Status Not Logged In

If you believe you have added the PBX server details correctly but Flexor is un-able to log into your server, please check your Asterisk server manager.conf file and make sure that your workstation's IP address is permitted to connect to the Asterisk Manager Interface.

Often the Asterisk configuration only permits connections to the AMI from the host computer itself ( The line:


needs to be changed to include the IP addresses of the computers running Flexor. A restart of the server may also be required. For further assistance please contact your Asterisk PBX supplier.
