If you believe you have added the Asterisk PBX server and extension details correctly but Flexor is providing multiple Call Summary window Pop ups for an inbound call, please navigate to Flexor Devices and Applications, select your Asterisk extension, Right click and select Configure. Then click on the Ignore local calls to enable it, remember to click Save.
If this does not resolve the issue, please check your Network Router settings to see if Network Address Translation is being used and has been set up in correctly. This can cause disconnects between Flexor and the Asterisk server.
It has been reported this behaviour can occur if NAT is not one to one, so the external port is different to the internal port for example:
54038 > 5038
