Click to dial not available in Dynamics

This FAQ applies only to Flexor up to version 2.1.112. From 2.1.113 and up no server side changes are required.

Please check that Web UI customisation has been correctly configured and that the users security role has permissions to use customisation as described in the Dynamics 4 Administrators set up guide.

If you are using Dynamics 2011 and Flexor prior to 2.1.113, please make sure the solution has been imported as per this FAQ.
