Welcome to the documentation for the Dynamics CRM CTI plug-in for the Camrivox Flexor Manager. This document is structured into a number of chapters. The Introduction chapter provides background to familiarise the user with Dynamics CRM CTI.
Before you begin, your Dynamics administrator must have configured your Dynamics account for use with this software. If you are unsure whether or not this has been done, please check.
