This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your use of the Camrivox websites located at www.camrivox.com and uc.camrivox.com ("the Websites").

By using the websites you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you object to any terms stated then you should not use any of the documents, products, services or information contained within this website and you should leave the Websites immediately.

Camrivox may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these changes regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Camrivox. No liability can be accepted for loss or expense as a result of using the websites.   4. The Websites may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

The information within the Websites and any downloaded media from the Websites is provided subject to the condition that it shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, re-sold, hired out or otherwise circulated without the publisher's prior consent in any form of than that in which it is published and without a similar condition including this condition being imposed on the subsequent purchaser.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us concerning its subject matter.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

General

Your statutory rights are not affected.

The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to our staff working outside the UK and third parties including our distributors and resellers some of whom are located outside the European Economic Area who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, fulfil and deliver orders and supply our software, process credit card payments and provide support services in respect of our software. We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our sites to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.
Where you have consented when providing us with your details, we may also allow carefully selected third parties, including other companies in our group, to contact you occasionally about products and services which may be of interest to you including those which our complementary to our software.
